Reminder to withdraw darknode income ⚠️ ⏲ This is a reminder for darknode operators that you should withdraw all your darknode income as soon as possible, as it will not be possible after the Ren 1.0 network has shut down. Any income left after the network shuts down is at risk of loss. It is not know currently when the Ren 1.0 network shuts down, therefore it is advised to withdraw your darknode income as soon as possible. Remember to check for darknode income both under the 'RenVM' tab, as well as the 'Ethereum' tab (please double-check that you haven't forgotten about the income under the 'Ethereum' tab). Any rewards withdrawn from the Ethereum contract (such as renBTC) need to be bridged to their native chains as an additional step you must do, as it will not be possible to bridge assets such as renBTC to BTC when the Ren 1.0 network shuts down.

The Ren network remains fully operational without any disturbance from recent events. All bridging transfers are fully public, and the 1:1 backing for assets like renBTC can always be verified onchain The Ren Explorer serves as a useful verification tool:

The Ren network will continue operating as normal, and its safety and integrity will be protected. The Ren network has always belonged to the Ren community, and the partnership between Ren Labs and Alameda did not change this fact.
